During the period of May to June 2023, Dr. Hakan Coruh, a senior lecturer in Islamic studies at CISAC, Charles Sturt University, had the esteemed opportunity to be a visiting research fellow at the Center for Islamic Legislation and Ethics (CILE) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar. This two-month tenure proved to be a highly valuable and enriching experience for him.

During his time at CILE, Dr. Coruh actively engaged in academic pursuits and research in the field of Islamic studies. As a visiting research fellow, he had the chance to collaborate with esteemed scholars and researchers associated with the center, fostering meaningful academic exchanges and intellectual growth. Overall, it was a highly rewarding and academically fruitful experience that he will cherish as a significant milestone in his career.
